1. The Feature Matching Chart gave me lots of options to choose from. How do I know which one is best for my client?

The algorithm used for this feature matching chart chooses apps based on the amount of target features you have entered. For example, the top applications suggested most likely have each of your desired target features. As you go down the list of apps, it is less likely that the applications will have each of the desired target items. This means the apps that are listed at the bottom of your message box may only have one or two of the desired target features. We suggest comparing the top five applications first, then proceeding through the list until you find the right app for your client!

2. The Feature Matching Excel Chart isn't launching. What should I do?

The most likely issue is your computer does not have the most updated version of excel. This Feature Matching Chart requires Excel version 16 to properly run.

3. I have updated my excel and I still cannot access the Feature Matching Chart. What should I do?

We recommend restarting your computer and checking for outstanding software updates.
